Zingo Bingo

There was a time when selecting a bingo site was relatively easy, given the fact that there weren’t exactly too many of them up and running. These days, it’s pretty much the exact opposite – thousands of bingo sites, all trying to tell you that they and they alone are the best in the business. Which is precisely why each and every time a brand new bingo site emerges, you find yourself wondering what on earth they can possibly be bringing to the table, that hasn’t already been done to death. That’s certainly the question we set out to answer when taking a look at Zingo Bingo, so how do these guys rank in the book of Casino Papa?

Overview

Well, the first thing you really cannot help but notice when it comes to the theme at Zingo Bingo is pink…and a lot of it. The pretty pink and purple colour scheme treads that very fine line between attractive and unprofessional, though does side at least very slightly in the former camp. Not that everyone will agree with us – it’s just that we don’t particularly like these kinds of colour schemes personally. And of course, there’s no denying the catchiness of the name, but how about the rest of the package they’ve put together?

Site Summary

Getting started with Zingo Bingo is every bit as easy as it should be – a process that involves entering a few simple details and crediting your account with your first deposit. One thing we do like about Zingo Bingo is the way in which you do not actually have to put any money in your account right away – this step can be skipped, if you would like to take a closer look at what’s on offer before actually handing over any money.

Make your way over to the primary Zingo Bingo landing page and it becomes apparent in an instant that they’re extremely keen to promote their welcome bonus offer. Which we have to say is an extremely interesting alternative to the norm – a £20 welcome bonus when you top-up your account with at least £10, plus a spin on the bonus wheel for an extra bonus of £10 to £2,500. All such bonus amounts are subject to the usual 4X wagering requirements, though we do at least like the fact that they have made the process a little more enjoyable than usual.

Once you’re up and running, you’ll find yourself presented with five different tabs for the different types of games available. There’s 90 ball, 75 ball, new arrivals, jackpots and instants. We have to say we weren’t particularly thrilled by the way Zingo Bingo handles jackpot games, which in our experience only seemed to be available a couple of times every month. As the name of the tab suggests, the new arrivals room is offered specifically for those who are just getting started with the whole thing, with free bingo available to get a good feel for what’s on offer.

If you’re looking for a bingo site that has plenty of on-going promotions and specials to keep things interesting, Zingo Bingo really does take things to extremes. At the time of our review, just a few of the promotions on offer included Monday madness, Friday fever, Friday night takeaway, Lucky Stars, Weekend Wad, Tuesday Treasure and chat games. Those jackpot games (though not particularly frequent in nature) can be more than little tempting, with tickets starting from just 1p and jackpots as big as £2,000. They also have a decent loyalty points system in place, not to mention a “Recommend a Friend” scheme that pays off in the form of additional loyalty points.

When it comes to customer service, it is a tale of both pros and cons. On the plus side, not only is the customer service team outstanding in terms of quality and professionalism, but Zingo Bingo is one of very few brands we have come across that actually support WhatsApp as a customer service contact method. There’s also a great FAQ section available. On the downside, the team only operates from 9.30 AM until 6.00 PM, which isn’t particularly good when considering the fact that a huge amount of bingo action takes place in the evening.

It is also worth noting that the mobile experience at Zingo Bingo is extremely reliable and capable, there’s a solid selection of slots on offer for plenty of variety and the constantly updated winners section lets you keep an eye on who’s taking home those top prizes.
All in all, a very enjoyable experience.

Best Features

As we’ve already touched upon a couple of times, perhaps the single best feature at Zingo Bingo is the way in which there are so many special deals and on-going promotions taking place pretty much every day of the week. On top of this, we really like the idea of being able to get in touch with the customer service team via WhatsApp.

Conclusion

On the whole, Zingo Bingo ranks relatively highly as a bingo site that is more than worth trying out, with just a few areas that could do with being polished up a little. Still, when it comes to what really matters – bingo quality, enjoyment, account security, customer service etc. – they most certainly tick all the right boxes.
